Son calls for change to law after a speeding cyclist kills his mother

A son of a pensioner who was killed after she collided with a speeding cyclist in London has called for a change to the law. Brian Fitzgerald smashed into Hilda Griffiths whilst speeding in 20mph zone in Regents Park.
