Smoke rises over Rafah as Israeli forces conduct strikes on Hamas positions

Smoke seen rising to the sky near the Rafah crossing as Israel announces it is striking 'Hamas positions' from where rockets were launched towards Israeli territory. This comes after Israel rebuffed Hamas claims of accepting a deal brokered by Qatar.
