Mum-of-four blames car's computer for double crashing into oncoming traffic

Diane Bryan, 58, got a brand new Toyota RAV4 Excel through the motability scheme just six months before she was involved in a smash. Dashcam footage shows the car veering over to the other side of the road, colliding with two oncoming vehicles.
