Convicted robber stabs 87-year-old charity busker while riding mobility scooter

This is the moment convicted robber, Lee Byer, stabbed Thomas O'Halloran, an 87-year-old charity busker, whilst riding mobility scooter and then is arrested. Byer was released from prison days earlier with string of violent convictions.
