Floral tributes left near scene after five-year-old died after falling from building

Floral tribute left near to the scene in Plaistow, east London, where a five-year-old boy died after falling from the upper floor of Jacobs House apartment block. The child is said to have fallen from a height at New City Road, Plaistow.
