Schoolboy died of sepsis eight days after being diagnosed with flu, inquest told

A loving and inquisitive schoolboy died of sepsis eight days after an NHS hospital diagnosed flu and sent him home with painkillers. Dylan Cope was looking forward to hitting 'double digits' on his 10th birthday.
