Neighbour of woman mauled by XL Bully says she never saw the dog on estate

Angeline Mahal was horrifically set upon by her two dogs at a property in the east London borough of Havering, just after 1pm on Monday afternoon. Despite the best efforts of paramedics she was pronounced dead at the scene.
