Distraught parents of Michaela Hall killed by boyfriend blame police for death

Michaela Hall had met Lee Kendall when she worked for a charity which helps prisoners when they are freed from custody. During the course of the relationship Kendall routinely beat her but only two of the assaults resulted in convictions.
