Patch Harvey receives the RNLI silver gallantry medal from the Princess Royal

The Princess Royal has presented a medal to a lifeboatman who battled hurricane-like conditions to save the lives of eight people stranded on a French yacht. Coxswain Patch Harvey was awarded Silver Medal for Gallantry as he stood alongside his wife.
