Rishi Sunak promises to implement Rwanda deal if re-elected on July 4th

Rishi Sunak put the Rwanda deal on the ballot paper, stating he is the only leader who will "get those flights off." He promised that if re-elected on July 4th, he will get the Rwanda scheme up and running.
