Eccentric man transforms Henry the Hoover into a ride-on motorbike with 28mph top speed
Systems engineer Allan Gallop, 35, turned a Henry the Hoover vacuum cleaner into a mini ride-on motorbike. With a two-stroke 50cc engine, handlebars, and new wheels, the retrofitted machine can now achieve a top speed of 28mph.
