Tank commander says Vladimir Putin must correct a 'historical mistake'

Reservist tank commander Major-General Nikolay Plotnikov warned on state TV of the Kremlin invading three cities with substantial Russian links and populations that were formerly part of the Romanov tsarist empire and the USSR.
