New York Gov. Kathy Hochul says congestion pricing is being INDEFINITELY paused

In a press conference directed at New York City residents, the state's governor, Kathy Hochul, said she has come to the decision to suspend congestion pricing. Hochul said New Yorkers, and 'the economic vitality' of the city need to be protected.
