Drug dealer jumps into river to escape police in Cambridgeshire's St Neots

This is the moment a drug dealer, Fynley Jefferies, 20, jumped into a river to evade police. Spotted by neighbourhood officers while sitting on a fence in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, Jefferies ran off, darted into bushes, and leaped into the river.
