HGVs overrun tiny Lincolnshire village and cause chaos for locals

The village of Goxhill near Grimsby has a lorry problem. With 2,000 residents, the small community is overrun by HGVs - a situation which the police have deemed unsafe. DDuring busy periods locals see over 50 HGVs an hour.
