Angela Rayner promises to 'secure our economy' in election debate statement

Labour's deputy Angela Rayner, has demanded it's time for change after 'fourteen years of chaos'. In her manifesto, she pledges to 'secure our economy' and 'bring down NHS waiting times' with 40,000 new appointments.
