Mercer: 'obviously a mistake' for the PM to leave D-Day service

Veterans Minister Johnny Mercer said it was 'obviously a mistake' for the Prime Minister to leave the Normandy D-Day service early, while also touting all the Tories have done to hemp veterans without naming any specifics.
