Utah hiker discovers phone recording showing woman swept away in river

Cynthia Ann Grimwood from Springville was hiking with her dog near Horsetail Falls in Alpine around 3 PM on Friday afternoon. She fell into the swollen river and was swept away by the fast-moving current.
