Moment after car smashes into ground-floor apartment and lands in living room

An out-of-control car smashed into a block of flats and landed in someone's living room in south Wales. The blue Nissan Qashqai driver smashed through the brick wall and window of the ground floor apartment in Gaer, Newport.
