273 mph hypercar becomes world's fastest electric vehicle

A hypercar has become the world's fastest electric vehicle after hitting 272.61 mph (438.73 kph). The Aspark OWL SP600 achieved the record at the Automotive Testing Papenburg (ATP) track in Germany.
