Moment Putin arrives in Russia's Yakutsk before visiting North Korea

Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived on Tuesday (June 18) morning to the Russian northern city of Yakutsk, as he is later expected to head to North Korea. Putin will visit North Korea for the first time in 24 years for two days.
