Yob caught on camera throwing a rock at seal on a pebbly beach

A shocked passerby filmed a man harassing a lone seal and posted the video on YouTube, showing the man approaching the sea. The footage shows a woman shouting from the beach at the man to leave the seal alone, but he continues to harass the mammal.
