First Minister says Govt should remove barrier to passing Gender Reform bill

Scotland's First Minister said he agreed with the Scottish Green party that the next Westminster government should allow Scotland's Gender Recognition Reform Bill go forward, after the Conservative Government effectively vetoed it.
