Police applaud heroic nurse killed rendering aid at Arkansas mass shooting

Police have applauded heroic nurse Callie Weems, who was killed rendering aid to gunshot victims at the Mad Butcher mass shooting in Arkansas, before being shot and killed by gunman Travis Posey.
