Spanish police arrest four cocaine smugglers as 'narco-submarine' sinks

Agents of the Spanish Civil Guard with the National Police have intercepted a semi-submersible loaded with cocaine. The four crew members are Colombian and were rescued and detained after they themselves sank the vessel.
