Ed Davey didn't think he was wrong when placing bet on election outcome

Liberal Democrats leader Ed Davey confessed that he didn't think he was doing anything wrong when he placed a bet on an election outcome. However, he acknowledged that, as a party leader, he would not engage in such activities now.
