Eyewitness recounts loose horses, one colliding with cab in central London

Eyewitness Michel Campbell describes the scene as two horses bolted through central London in a panic: 'I saw two horses galloping down the road, faster than usual. One hit a black cab before scampering down Lucas Street. It took me by surprise.'
