Defence Secretary Grant Shapps loses Welwyn Hatfield to Labour

Grant Shapps and Alex Chalk have become the first Tory big beasts to lose their seats in the general election. Defence Secretary Mr Shapps has lost to Labour in Welwyn Hatfield.
