Man who sprayed protestors by Solid Rock Church is charged with assault

A man who sprayed protestors with a sprinkler has been charged with assault. Robert Lochel, who is being charged with five counts of assault and battery, said he did it because his wife was frustrated by the group who was protesting peacefully.
