Police cordon off area after man dumps suitcases of body parts on bridge

Police cordon off area after man dumps two suitcases of body parts on Clifton Suspension Bridge. Police are on a manhunt for the suspect, described as being Black with a beard, wearing a black Adidas ball cap, black jeans and a black jacket.
