Shocking moment brazen thief uses an e-bike to steal a man's phone

This dashcam footage shows the moment an unsuspecting man had his phone stolen as he waited to cross a road by a crook on an electric bicycle. The victim was standing on a street corner in South Kensington when the thief wearing black swiped it.
