Thieves use itching powder to distract and rob shoppers in Old Delhi

CCTV footage from Old Delhi, India, shows a man entering a shop in visible discomfort, scratching the back of his neck. He then removes his t-shirt and puts down a bag. Gang members follow him into the shop and swipe the bag while he is distracted.
