Concerned parent sounds the alarm on the Electric Eel roller coaster

Video from SeaWorld shows Salina Higgins and her daughter, of Tucson, riding the Electric Eel rollercoaster before a seatbelt allegedly came loose and hangs down, sparking concerns over safety at the park.
