The King gives speech at special sitting of the States of Deliberation Guernsey

The King and Queen attend a special sitting of the States of Deliberation, at Guernsey Parliament at Saint Peter Port. He thanked the locals for 'the warm welcome' they gave to both him and Camilla during their two-day visit.
