Father Bill Salnik shared video of his children during sailing trip in May

Two children tragically drowned in Lake Michigan after the boat their still-missing father took them out on capsized. Bill Salnik had posted a video in May, showing his kids on a boat crossing Green Bay from 'Oconto to Little Sturgeon and back'.
