Ornithologist 'distraught' after vandals ruin garden in the middle of the night

An amateur ornithologist claims a mystery neighbour is secretly hacking down his garden trees. He is convinced that a hooded man twice caught on video scything down mature trees is a jealous neighbour intent on making his life a misery.
