Hundreds of families get stuck in lengthy queue at Heathrow Airport

Hundreds of keen travellers were hit with even more queues this morning at Heathrow. After flights were cancelled yesterday due to a 'technical outage', hundreds returned today to join a hefty 'seek assistance' queue.
