'It's not acceptable': ITV racing presenter slams Dujardin whipping footage

ITV racing presenter Alice Plunkett has slammed Charlotte Dujardin actions after footage emerged of the Olympic rider repeatedly whipping a horse during a training session. Plunkett said the actions were 'unacceptable'.
