Bashar Assad meets Putin in the Kremlin as they discuss war in the Middle East

Bashar Assad has met fellow tyrant Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin to discuss the war in the Middle East. The dictators met on Wednesday after their last meeting in March 2023 on the anniversary of Syria's 12-year uprising-turned-civil war.
