Home Secretary Yvette Cooper offers condolences to victims of Southport stabbing

The three girls stabbed to death were named by police as six-year-old Bebe King, seven-year-old Elsie Dot Stancombe and nine-year-old Alice Dasilva Aguiar. Six other children and two adults are being treated for injuries in hospital.
