Emotional police chief: 'As a mum and nana, I can't begin to imagine the pain'

Merseyside police chief Serena Kennedy said she 'can't begin to imagine' pain the victim's families are suffering following yesterday's attack in Southport. She further confirmed that two children have died and six are in a critical condition.
