Devon Police issues strict warning to rioters after six arrested in Plymouth

Police responded to disorder in Plymouth, Birmingham and Belfast last night just hours after Sir Keir Starmer declared a new 'standing army' of specialist officers to help bring rioters to justice with nearly 400 arrests made since last Tuesday.
