Horror moment massive dog mauls tiny Matipoo to death at Canada park

The owner of a large dog is being sought by police after her large dog mauled a tiny Matipoo, Sky, to death in Stanley Park, Vancouver. Sky's owner, Andrea Jagdeo, is appealing for help in identifying the woman after she fled the scene.
