Longtime Ramsgate local on council fine: 'Free speech does not include swearing'

Longtime Ramsgate local resident Lynn Nichols told her opinion about the council which wants to fine £100 for swearing in the street. She believes that it's a good idea because freedom of speech 'does not include swearing'.
