Homemade hydrant aquarium divides New York locals before goldfish heist

A goldfish pond aquarium at the base of a fire hydrant divided Brooklyn locals in Bedford-Stuyvesant, before some that objected to the 'animal cruelty' took it upon themselves to liberate the fish at night.
