Herne Bay Pier rots away in plain sight off the coast of Kent

Herne Bay Pier can be seen off the Kent coast rotting away after decades of neglect, with much of the pier being held up by plywood and at danger of collapsing into the North Sea after the once-majestic pier was damaged by storms.
