Kim Jong Un dishes out cakes to children in Pyongyang after floods hit

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un visited young flood victims staying in the lodging quarters of Pyongyang. Kim firstly gave a welcome speech, before dishing out cakes in the dining room for the children.
