Horrifying moment woman snatches pet Chihuahua from owner's front garden

Little Chihuahua Fluffy was out playing in the front garden on the evening of Thursday, August 14, when she was snatched while her owner, Josh Fothergill, left left her and some other dogs alone at around 6pm.
