Traffic cameras catch the moment driver suffered cardiac arrest in moving car

Neville Owen, 64, was seconds into the busy tunnel when his heart stopped at the wheel of white Ford Transit. And incredible camera footage shows his white van literally bounced off the tunnel walls as he lost control due to his cardiac arrest.
