Councillor calls green social housing block design a 'giant brown TURD'

Councillors reacted with anger to an attempt to build a four-story block of affordable flats next to a cricket pitch, which is set to be coloured in brown, green and grey. The building is set to be a low carbon develop that is accessible to all.
